ISLAMABAD, July 12: The National Industrial Relations Commission has dismissed a plea of the Capital Development Authority seeking stay against referendum in the CDA.

The CDA employees leaders, Farhat Kamal Pasha and Chaudhry Yasin, in their statements, have welcomed the decision of the NIRC.—PPI
