Afghan school reconstructed

KABUL, July 8: An affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network, Focus Humanitarian Associates, has provided state-of-the-art computing facilities, including multimedia and internet access, to a girls’ high school in Kabul.

The Tajwar Sultana School has been given totally rehabilitated and refurbished buildings, integrating a new library, new sports and recreational, facilities and reconstructed pavements.

The project was funded by the UK department for international development and supported by donations from various sources.
