GUJRANWALA, June 20: A boy shot dead his elder brother, who upbraided him for committing wrongdoings at Naukher village on Friday.

Reports said Muhammad Arshad scolded his brother Muhammad Aslam for his bad habits. Infuriated over it, Aslam shot dead his brother.

Naukher police have registered a case.

LIFE TERM: An additional sessions judge awarded life term and Rs100,000 fine to a murder convict here on Friday.

The judge, Muhammad Ayub Khan Marth, also handed down 10-year imprisonment and Rs20,000 fine to convict Moazzam Ali for committing another offence. — Correspondent
