PARIS, May 28: Air France announced on Wednesday that it had decided to donate the remaining Concordes in its fleet to various museums in Europe and the United States.
“With the end of our Concorde service next Saturday (May 31),” says airline spokesman Veronique Brachet, “Concorde now belongs to the aviation heritage of humanity.”
France’s national carrier has decided to place the five remaining copies of Concorde in five central locations where they can be exposed to public.
