QUETTA, May 20: Balochistan Election Tribunal Member Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani on Tuesday dismissed a constitutional petition challenging the election of a PML-N MNA.

Mir Baz Khan Khetran of PPP had filed a petition challenging the election of Sardar Yaqoob Khan Nasar of PML-N from Loralai constituency.

The election tribunal member dismissed the application for non-prosecution of the case.
