SUKKUR, March 27: The executive engineer of the Nusrat division, Nawabshah, on Wednesday announced the rotation programme for three irrigation sub-divisions, including Nawabshah-I, Nawabshah-II and Shahpur.

According to an official press release, Group-I irrigation channels of the Nawabshah sub-division-II like Khipro Minor, Left Jari Minor, Right Jari Minor, Setharki Distributary, Shinar Minor, Mianjher Minor, Dhoro Khunjan Minor and Akdoi Minor; Nawabshah-I sub-division channels such as the Chan Babu Distributary, Panjo Chan Minor, Jhimal Minor and Nawaz Dahri Minor; and channels in the Shahpur sub-division, including Visro Minor, Bhit Maru Pipe, Chan Bandhani Minor, Gupchani Minor, Obhi Chan Minor and Shah Hussain Minor, respectively, would be opened on March 27.

These waterways would be closed on April 4, the announcement said.
