LAHORE, March 21 Citizens continue to experience difficulties in contacting Edhi Foundation for availing its emergency service owing to malfunctioning of PTCL helpline 115.

A spokesman for Edhi Foundation, in a statement on Saturday, said the PTCL helpline remained out of order most of the time with the result that the people could not approach it for assistance in the event of emergencies.—Reporter
