PESHAWAR, March 20: The Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (Pesco) has found seven electricity consumers in the Hazar Khawani area involved in pilferage, on Thursday.

According to a press release, the seven electricity consumers were  caught red-handed by Peshawar Electricity Supply Company teams in the Hazar Khwani area falling under Pesco’s Rehman Baba sub-division.

Another press release reports that power supply would remain suspended in some areas of the province as well as in the provincial capital on Saturday and Sunday to enable repair work.

Electricity consumers getting power supply from the Shahi Bagh grid station, Dalazaak grid station, Peshawar City grid station, Kohat grid station and Peshawar Cantt grid station in Peshawar would be affected.

Power supply from these grid stations would be discontinued for short intervals.

Power supply will also remain suspended in parts of Kohat, Kalaya and Hangu.
