Gold price falls

KARACHI, March 15: The price of yellow metal on local market on Saturday continued downward drive.

The gold tezabi closed down by Rs207 to Rs6,408 per 10 grams as compared to Thursday’s Rs6,615.

It also decreased by Rs137 to Rs6,516.00 per 10 grams and Rs151 to Rs6,429 in Lahore and Hyderabad respectively.

Similarly the 22-carat gold plunged in Lahore by Rs126 to Rs5,973 and 21-carat gold fell by Rs120 to Rs5,701.00.

Silver prices were stable at Rs89.16, Rs92.75 and Rs88.00 in Karachi, Lahore and Hyderabad respectively.—APP
