KARACHI: Plant scientists moot on 24th

KARACHI, Feb 19: The eighth national meeting of plant scientists will be held on Feb 24 in the PCSIR auditorium.

Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad, who is also the chancellor of the public sector universities, will be the chief guest.

The welcome address will be presented by the vice-chancellor of Karachi University, Prof Dr Zafar Saeed Saifi.

The president of the Pakistan Botanical Society, Dr Mustafa Shameel, Dr M. Qaiser and the secretary of the Organizing Committee, Dr Mustafa Shameel, will also speak on the occasion.—APP
