KARACHI: KU workshop on 9/11

KARACHI, Feb 15: A day-long workshop on the “World After September 11: Challenges and Opportunities”— will be held at a local hotel on February 22.

This was announced by the programme director Dr Moonis Ahmar on Saturday.

He said the moot was being held under the auspices of the Programme on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, International Relations Department, University of Karachi.

Vice-chancellor of the Karachi University will deliver the presidential address.

Resident representative of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, Dr Andreas Rieck, will also speak on the occasion.—APP
