PESHAWAR, Feb 1: Member Election Commission Justice Qazi Ehsanullah Qureshi will hear the appeal of Muhammad Saeed against the rejection of his nomination paper on Feb 6, at Peshawar High Court.

The Returning Officer had rejected the papers of Muhammad Saeed filed for seats reserved for technocrats in Senate, said a press release of the Provincial Election Commissioner here on Friday.

The appeal was filed under section 13(5) of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975. All concerned are required to appear before the Member Election Commission on the date.—APP
