Sarfraz has already submitted his nomination from NA-48, Islamabad, on an MQM ticket.

He told a private TV channel here he would file his papers from NA-126 as well from where Mr Khan was also going to contest polls. He was elected to the Punjab Assembly in non-party polls in 1985.
