KARACHI, Jan 19: Nashrah Foundation arranged a seminar to pay tributes to the late education Engineer Muhammed Ubaid Ullah Khan Durrani on the premises of Fuyuz-ul-Quran, Karachi, a press release said on Sunday.

The seminar was presided over by chancellor SSUET, Zille Ahmad Nizami. Vice-chancellor SSUET Prof Dr Nazir Ahmad was the chief guest.

Additional secretary education Sindh, Anwaar Ahmad Zai, president Nashrah Foundation Junaid Ahmad Mukhtar, Waqar Aazmi, Iftikhar Ahmad Madani and Khawaja Razi Haider addressed the seminar.

The speakers said that late Ubaid Ullah Durrani was a great Engineer, scholar, teacher and scientist. They said the valuable services he rendered for Aligarh Muslim University (India) and the Engineering College Peshawar would be remembered forever and a large number of his pupils were serving in the engineering fields in Pakistan and abroad.—PPI
