ISLAMABAD, Jan 11: Eidul Azha is likely to be observed in the country on February 12, says a press release.
According to the press release issued by the Pakistan Meteorological Department here on Saturday, astronomical considerations suggest a strong chance of sighting the new moon of Zilhaj on the evening of February 2 i.e. Ziqa’ad 29, 1423.
However, Eid will be observed after confirmation by the Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee.
