KARACHI, Jan 6: The education department of the city government has announced that it will hold different programmes to develop the skill of expression among the students of secondary schools from Jan 7 to 11.

According to a press release, an essay writing competition on “Importance of computers in educational institutions”, would be held at the Pakland Government Boys Secondary School, Block 2, Federal B. Area, on Jan 7, while a quiz competition would be held at Maj Ziauddin Abbasi Government Boys Secondary School, Nazimabad No-2 on Jan 8.

Speech contests in Sindhi, Urdu and English on

“The role of students in educational standard” have been planned for Jan 9 at Maj Ziauddin Abbasi Govt Boys Secondary School, while a painting competition would be held on Jan 11 at the Evershine Govt Boys Secondary School, Kala Board, Malir.
