SUKKUR, Dec 12: Three persons were killed in an ambush in village Gul Beg, near Thul, on Wednesday evening.
Haji Nazeer, Khuda Dad Khoso and Raza Mohammad Mari were ambushed while they were on their way to Thul town from Manjhipur.
All three of the deceased were riding a motorcycle at the time of the incident.
The police have registered a case against seven persons, including Peeral, Wali Mohammad, Asghar, Ghulam Akbar, Dadoo, Raza Mohammad.
No one had been arrested till the filing of this report.
The police said that the killing had occurred in retaliation of the murder of Haji Misri Banglani, who was killed over a land dispute some time ago.
SUKKUR EXPRESS: The decision to attach two additional lower AC coaches with Sukkur Express from Dec 25 has been widely welcomed in Sukkur and other parts of Sindh.
The orders for attaching additional bogies were issued by the Federal Minister for Railways, Ghous Bakhsh Maher, to the chairman and the general manager of the Pakistan Railways.
