NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Dec 12: The district council of Naushahro Feroze has opposed the zoning system imposed by the sugar mills for the sale of sugarcane and demanded that cane be purchased at the rate of Rs43 per 40kg, as fixed by the government, instead of Rs36 per 40kg offered by the mills.
