HYDERABAD, Dec 12: The arrangements for conducting a massive operation against outlaws in the forest and Katcha areas of Hyderabad and Dadu districts were finalized at a meeting held here on Thursday.

The meeting was presided by the regional police officer, Hyderabad Region, AIG Abdul Rauf Yousufzai.

A police spokesman informed newsmen that a sufficient number of armoured personnel careers, bullet-proof vests, and weapons had been arranged for the personnel, who will participate in the operation.

He informed that these additional armoured personnel careers and bullet-proof vests were arranged from Karachi and other districts of Sindh.

The operation has been planned after dacoits struck with full force and kidnapped a number of people.
