THERE have been news reports and letters recently about fuel-saving devices for motor vehicles. In fact, such devices are not new. They are for sale in the West for the last more than 40 years.
The fact that they are not widely used in the West shows that these devices are not effective. I researched these devices on the Internet recently, and found that the consensus of experts is that all so-called fuel-saving devices available anywhere today are ineffective. Caveat emptor!
