There is nothing that says "struggling" in these photos. These scenes are common all over the world, and is part of life in the 21st century - in fact 19th century style and standard of living in the 21st century for a majority of people in this world. Only technology and education can make it better, but some people in Pakistan shut their doors to such innovation - they even ban polio drops.
