RAWALPINDI, Dec 1: Javed Hassan Aly has been promoted to BPS-22 and posted as secretary, Establishment division, a notification issued here on Sunday said.

Aly, an officer of income tax group, was previously posted as additional secretary, Establishment division, it said.

Joint secretary Fazalur Rehman Malik, a BPS-20 officer of the information group, has been transferred from the ministry of information, and posted as press secretary to the prime minister, the notification added.

 Masood Anwar, a BPS-18 officer of the information group has been posted as PRO to the prime minister.

Anwar was previously working as deputy director, External Publicity Wing, of the information ministry, the notification said.
