ISLAMABAD, Dec 1: Islamabad Telecom Region has announced that help-line service 111-900-900 and 106 will remain operative during the Eid holidays from December 5 to 8 from 9am to 9pm.

A spokesman for the PTCL said special duties had been assigned to staff and one duty officer along with allied staff would be available to attend the customers’ calls regarding telephone complaints and information.

The service is in addition to normal facility of ‘18’ complaint service, he added.

Special centres have also been established for facilitation of valued customers of Islamabad and Rawalpindi for rapid redressal of complaints.
