KARACHI: Exams schedule on Dec 2

KARACHI, Nov 27: The schedule of examinations from class I to 12th in the province will be finalized at a meeting of the Sindh education department’s steering committee on Dec 2.

Secretary education Nazar Hussain Mahar will preside over the meeting, which will also discuss enhancement of fee at the college and technical education level.

The meeting will determine the schedule of winter and summer vacations in educational institutions.

A report on implementation of the compulsory computer literacy programme at intermediate level will also be discussed. The meeting will consider the implementation report regarding 75 per cent attendance of students in schools and colleges.

Ways and means will also be looked into for the promotion of co-curricular activities.—APP
