KARACHI, Nov 20: Muhammad Azeem and Wasim-ur-Rehman did the bulk of scoring as favorites Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) trounced Dow Club 83-43 in Ramzan-ul-Mubarak Floodlight basketball tournament at Arambagh Court Tuesday night.

KESC, who dominated from start to finish, enjoyed a comfortable 43-24 lead at half time. Azeem showed brilliant dribble in his score of 28. Wasim-ur-Rehman gave him excellent support with 25. Talha Amjad scored 14 and his brother Fawad Amjad contributed 6.

Adnan Ali was outstanding player for Dow Club compiling 18. Summarized scores: KESC 83 (M.Azeem 28, Wasim-ur-Rehman 25, Talha Amjad 14, Niaz Mazhar 6, Fawad Amjad 6, Naeem Ahmed 4) Dow Club 45 (Adnan Ali 18, Sajid Ali 8, M.Bilal 8, Mohsin Siddiqui 6, M.Idrees 5).
