KARACHI, Nov 12: European Commission is considering to hold Asia Investment and Matchmaking Conference in Pakistan in 2003.

This was stated by Tariq Sayeed former president Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and Chairman Trade Fair Authority of G-77 Chamber of Commerce & Industry who represented FPCCI in the Asia Invest Networking Conference and Matchmaking Event “EU China Partenariats” held on November 7-8 at Beijing P.R. China, says an FPCCI press release.

Tariq Sayeed held detailed talks with the European Commission in Beijing regarding holding of Asia Invest Networking Conference and Matchmaking Event in Pakistan. He informed the European Commission about the conducive investment climate in Pakistan which makes Pakistan and ideal venue for these events.
