ISLAMABAD, Nov 7: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has come under severe pressures from the newly-elected MNAs seeking accommodation in Parliament Lodges, an official in the authority told Dawn.
However, the CDA is waiting for the signal of national assembly committee to make the allotments.
“The approval for allotments would be given 24 hours before the first session of the national assembly,” the official said.
The newly-elected MNAs are approaching the authority daily for allotment of Parliament Lodges before the national assembly session, he said, adding that 15 had been accommodated at government hostel for Rs200 per day rent.
