KARACHI, Nov 7: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, has announced the schedule for submission of examination forms of SSC part-1 (class IX) and part-11 (class X) of the general group (private) annual examinations-2003.

According to a BSE notification, forms would be available from November 8 and onwards at 34 designated bank branches. Examination forms duly completed and attested by the heads of government schools would be accepted without late fee till November 25. Forms with a late fee of Rs50, Rs100, Rs200 could be submitted upto December 6, December 13 and December 21 respectively.

The bank branches from where the forms could be obtained on payment of Rs15 per form and submitted back are as follows:

HBL-Rizvia Society, Taimuriya Market, Abul Hasan Isphani Road, AL Azam Square, Bahadurabad, Drigh Colony No 1, Defence Housing Society, Commercial Market ‘A’ Phase II of Gulistan-i-Jauher, Ghaffar Goth, Hassan Square, Jamshed Road, Malir Colony, Muslim Town Nagan Chowrangi, Orangi Town, Preedy Street, Ranchore Line, Shahrah-e-Pakistan, Sher Shah, Landhi No-6 and Korangi No-2, UBL-Board Office, Binnori Town, Denso Hall, Drigh Colony, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Lasbella, Korangi Township, Saleem Centre North Karachi, Landhi Township, Malir City, Orangi Town, Rahimabad F B Area, Sharifabad and Urdu Science College.

The bank branches have been authorised to charge Rs5 per form only as bank charges while receiving the from, and no commission shall be charged by the banks on sale of forms. Forms must be deposited at the same branches and not at the board office branch.
