THE entry test paper for pre-engineering students conducted by the UET and NUST was leaked recently. This shows there is massive corruption in the field of education.

The entry test paper was sold on emails and by hand. In one case it fetched the seller Rs400,000 from a buyer. Imagine the suffering and wrath of a student who worked day and night to clear this test, but the paper he gave was forfeited due to the leakage of the paper. How hurt would the hardworking students have felt?

Pre-medical students are also worried. The UHS is yet to announce the date of entry test for medical colleges.

Most students are confused and uncertain whether they will face the same situation as the pre-engineering students faced. There are plenty of questions that need to be answered.

Do we have the same quality of education as before?

What will the government of Pakistan do to free the education system from corruption?
