KARACHI, Oct 26: The Karachi University Teachers’ Society has accused the University administration of violating rules and regulations.
In a statement on Saturday, it said that meetings of the academic council and the syndicate were being conducted without meeting the quorum requirements.
It alleged that various decisions taken by these bodies with vice-chancellor in the chair were ‘targeted’ against teachers involved in protests against the illegal activities of the University administration. The statement urged the concerned authorities to take notice of the ‘grievances’ of the KU teachers.—APP
