Results of 3 NA seats announced

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25: The Election Commission of Pakistan on Friday announced results of three constituencies provisionally to be published in the official gazette.

According to the results, Rai Mohammad Aslam Khan Kharal has returned to the National Assembly from NA-143 (Okara-I), Mrs Riffat Javed from NA-117 (Narowal-III) and Khizar Ilyas Virk from PP-135 (Norowal-III) as successful candidates.

The commission has taken this decision in pursuance of the orders of the Lahore High Court. It has also published in the official gazette the name of Chaudhry Amir Hussain, from NA-111 (Sialkot-II), after repolling in two polling stations held on Oct 24th.—APP
