LAHORE, Oct 24: District Nazim Mian Amer Mahmood on Thursday ordered ejectment of land-grabbers from the government schools and colleges and constitution of committees for improving the atmosphere of the educational institutions.

The Nazim issued the orders while talking to a delegation of the Punjab Nationalized Schools Teachers Association here.

The delegation pointed out that a number of schools and colleges were in the possession of land-grabbers.

He assured the delegation that senior teachers of nationalized cadre would be appointed headmasters of schools and pay and allowances of the SST teachers would be brought at par with their counterparts in the general cadre. — Reporter
