SUKKUR, Oct 23: The management of the Allied Bank, Sukkur region, has issued termination orders to 15 branch managers and credit officers despite a Sindh High Court, Sukkur branch, stay order in the case.

Advocate Rasool Baksh Palejo had filed a petition in the high court on behalf of 19 officers, saying the ABL management had adopted a prejudiced policy and a team brought from Punjab had undertaken the audit of their branches.

The petitioners said minor mistakes of the branches were shown as big lapses and they were challned.

The court had accepted the petition and had asked the bank to give its statement on Nov 12.

The court had also issued a stay order, directing the management not to take any action against the applicants.
