QUETTA, Oct 20: The PPP candidate for NA-260, Bismillah Khan Kakar, has demanded the transfer of all returning officers and district Killa Abdullah administration before holding re- election in the constituency.

Speaking at a news conference here on Sunday with ANP candidate for PB-12 Malik Ghulam Sarwar Piralizai, he said that free and fair elections were not possible.

He threatened that if all ROs of the three national and provincial assembly, and local administration were not changed within the next 48 hours a wheel-jam strike would be observed in Killa Abdullah for an indefinite period.

The PPP leader said that th elections were rigged at the behest of a political party, and stopped the announcement of the election result of all three constituencies.

He said that the ANP candidate Ghulam Sarwar Piralizai and he were leading by a big margin but it was the ROs and local administration, which changed the result.
