HYDERABAD, Oct 20: The Communist Party of Pakistan here on Saturday staged a demonstration to condemn the American designs against Iraq.

A large number of human rights activists also took part in the demonstration.

Speaking at the rally, a central leader of the CPP, Comrade Imdad Kazi, said that US President George Bush was the greatest terrorist of the world as ever since he came into power, he had unleashed terror throughout the world.

He said that in order to take over the control of oil and other natural resources of the world, the USA had resorted to aggression against different countries.

He condemned American designs against Iraq and said that the people of Pakistan stood by the Iraqi people.

Kazi said that the strategy of America was to prepare terrorists, make them serve its purpose and then begin bombardment on different countries on flimsy grounds.

He feared that Pakistan might be the next target of American aggression.

Pakistan People’s Party leader Jam Saqi said that the people of America believed in peace but their rulers were terrorists.

He said that with the blessings of America, Israel had unleashed atrocities against the hapless Palestinian people.

The protesters raised vociferous slogans against America.
