KARACHI, Oct 18: The Sindh government has notified the list of 237 college teachers of grade 18, who have been promoted to Grade-19 as associate professors.
According to notification, the assistant professors promoted to higher grade included 69 male and 81 female teachers of Karachi colleges.
The Sindh Professors and Lecturers’ Association, Karachi, has felicitated the teachers on their promotion and thanked the Sindh Chief Secretary for taking interest in teachers’ problems.
The breakdown of teachers awarded grade-19 is as follows: Karachi region-69 males and 81 females; Hyderabad region-35 male and 10 females, Sukkur region-35 males and 7 females.
