PESHAWAR: Student bodies form alliance

PESHAWAR, Sept 30: Six student organizations have formed the Joint Students Movement in a bid to stop the government from promulgating the University Ordinance.

This new alliance was constituted in a joint meeting of the Islami Jamiat Tulaba, Jamiat Tulaba-i-Islam, Imamia Students Organisation, People’s Students Federation and two factions of the Muslim Students Federation. The event was held in Peshawar University on Sunday evening.—Bureau Report
