‘NFC award be left to parliament’

SHIKARPUR, Sept 21: Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh, president, Sindh Democratic Alliance, and a candidate for PS-11 (Shikarpur-III), has said any decision regarding the NFC Award should have been left for the elected parliament.

Speaking at a press conference here on Saturday, he said the people of Sindh wanted to support the SDA in coming election because the SDA was determined to improve the economic condition and ameliorate the life of common man in the province.

He hoped to sweep the election throughout the Sindh and specially in Shikarpur and predicted that the SDA would form government in the province.

PML (Q): The PML (Q) leader, Illahi Bux Soomro, announced to support Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh after a meeting with him on Saturday.
