MARDAN: Local govt system praised

MARDAN, Sept 2: Former federal minister and candidate for NA-9, Abbas Sarfaraz Khan, has claimed that new parliament would be free to make law as most of the problems of the people are solved at the local level.

Talking to newsmen here on Sunday, the former minister, said that the major achievement of the present government was the introduction of the local government system in the country, reports our correspondent.
