NAB-politicians meeting put off

ISLAMABAD, Aug 26: The consultative meeting with the heads of major political parties, scheduled to be held at the NAB headquarters on Tuesday to discuss the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, has been postponed.

The new date for the meeting would be announced later, a spokesman for the NAB said here on Monday. The political leaders had expressed their willingness to contribute their views on the accountability, but the conduct of an exhaustive meeting was not possible due to their commitments in scrutiny of nominations papers on Aug 27.—APP
