ISLAMABAD, Aug 24: Barrister Shahida Jamil, Minister of Environment, Local Government and Rural Development, has reached Johannesburg, South Africa, to attend UN World Summit on Sustainable Development, which began on Saturday.
According to a message received on Saturday, the minister is leading the Pakistani delegation to the summit, which is scheduled to continue till Sept 4.
After arrival, she visited the “Ubuntu Village” to inspect arrangements for the setting up of Pakistan Exhibition stall. —APP
