LAHORE, Aug 23: A 100-bed unit in the Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore, will be built under directives from the governor.
Sources say in the light of the governor’s directive the health department has constituted a three-member committee to oversee development and architecture work.
The committee will prepare a scheme to bulid an ‘inn’ for attendants of patients. The committee has also been assigned the task of preparing a scheme for the provision of residences for doctors working in the hospital. —APP
