PCB Academy one-day match

KARACHI, Aug 22: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Regional Academy Muridke will take on Karachi Academy in the one-day match at National Stadium Friday.

Test batsman Faisal Iqbal will lead Karachi Regional Academy while left handed opening batsman Salman Butt will skipper Muridke Academy.

Test umpires Riazuddin and Saleem Badar will supervise the match.

Two teams will later play a two-day 90 over game at same venue on Aug 25-26.

The purpose of conducting these matches was to judge the performance of the boys after attending nearly three-month academy training.
