HYDERABAD, Aug 21: The PPP workers of Hyderabad District including women on Wednesday staged a rally to protest the registration of false cases against the PPP chairperson, Benazir Bhutto, and the ban on her return to Pakistan.

They were led by the general secretary of the party, Haji Mohammed Amin Lakho.

The rally which started from the party office, district council building, marched through various roads including Fatima Jinnah Road, Haider Chowk, and Risala Road. It finally stopped in front of the press club.

Addressing the rally, Haji Mohammad Amin Lakho, Maula Bux Dahool, Abdul Aziz Halepoto, and Ms Farheen Mughal condemned the registration of “false cases against Benazir Bhutto”.
