KARACHI, Aug 16: A Pakistani who returned after a four-decade stay in Britain has donated his personal collection of books — consisting of about 10,000 titles — to the Dr Mahmood Hussain Library of Karachi University.
According to university officials, the books pertain to natural and social sciences and were collected by Dr Mohammad Ghalib Khan, 72, during his 40 year stay in Britain.
KU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Zafar Saeed Saifi thanked Dr Ghalib for the donation, and said that this would be a valuable addition to the library.—APP
