KARACHI, Aug 7: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, has announced to hold SSC supplementary examinations 2002 from September 17.

The examination forms will be available at the designated bank branches from August 8, which will be accepted from August 12 to 19, without late fee, while with a late fee of Rs50, Rs100 and Rs200 the forms can be submitted till August 21, 24 and 27, respectively.

According to a BSE notification, those candidates who appeared in SSC part-II annual examinations 2002 for the first time but failed and those who appeared in the 2001 annual examinations for the first time and could not pass the exams are eligible to appear in the supplementary examinations.

Banks will sell the forms for Rs15 each, and will charge Rs5 per form at the time of its submission. The name of designated bank branches are as follows:

National Bank: Board Office, Binori Town, Denso Hall, Drigh Colony Faisal Bazaar, Gulshan-i-Iqbal (Rashid Minhas Road), Korangi Township, Landhi Township (near Babar Market), Lasbella, Malir City (near Liaquat College), Orangi Town, Rahimabad, F.B. Area; Sharifabad, Saleem Centre, North Karachi, and Urdu Science College (Gulshan-i-Iqbal).

Habib Bank: Abul Hasan Ispahani Road, Al-Azam Square, Bahadurabad, Drigh Colony No 1, Defence Housing Society (commercial market-A, Phase-II), Gulistan-i-Jauher (Block-18), Ghaffar Goth (Steel Town), Hassan Square, Jamshed Road, Korangi No 2, Landhi No 6, Malir City, Muslim Town (Nagan Chowrangi), Orangi Town sector 10, Preedy Street, Rizvia Society, Ranchore Line, Shahrah-i-Pakistan (Aysha Manzil), Sher Shah, and Taimuriya Market (near Board Office).
