KARACHI, Aug 6: UNESCO has invited nominations for the post of programme specialist (P-3), Dakar follow-up unit, education sector, at its headquarters in Paris.

The Sindh education department has said that the applicants should have advanced university degree in education, with at least two-year experience in the context of development and ability to use text processing and data base software and excellent knowledge of English or French.

The nominated candidates have been asked to appear for final selection before a selection committee/panel on August 15 in the committee room of the education department, Tughlaq House, at 10am. The education department has also said that JICA will hold a group training course/seminar in computer (system analysis) under its technical cooperation programme from December 1 to March.—APP
