PESHAWAR, July 28: The panel of scrutinizers of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Elections 2002-2003 has decided to give an additional seat to the Associate Members Group (AMG).
According to a press release, the number of executive members of the associate group of the SCCI has increased from three to four members now.
This initiative has been taken in view of the proportionate increase in the number of voters.
The panel, headed by its chairman, Maqsood Anwar Pervez, finalized the voters’ list and reviewed the vacant seats on which the elections are to be held for three full-member seats and four associate seats, three trade group seats and two town association seats.—Bureau Report
