PESHAWAR, July 19: The provincial president of the Pakistan Muslim League (QA), Salim Saifullah Khan, has convened a special meeting of the party’s provincial council in Peshawar on July 27.
The decision follows the recently issued Political Parties Order making it mandatory for the political parties to hold fresh intra-party elections.
According to a party press release, candidates desirous to contest the party elections should submit their candidature at the party’s provincial office by July 23.
