SP to probe trader’s murder

BAHAWALPUR, July 7: On the application of the Markazi Anjuman-i-Tajran, SSP Sikandar Hayat on Sunday deputed the CIA SP to probe the murder of a Circular Road trader who was shot dead by two motorcyclists a month ago.

Traders alleged in their application that Kotwali police officials had undergone a bargain with accused Asif, his brother Mujahid and father Muhammad Siddique.

They said that they had not been arrested despite their names were mentioned in the FIR.
